The service
Botty OS is an AI executive assistant that can connect to your Google Workspace and WhatsApp. It is currently in beta: features may change, and some capabilities (such as Google Workspace access) roll out gradually while third-party verifications complete.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use the service for lawful purposes only.
- You are responsible for what you ask the assistant to do. Email drafts always require your explicit approval before sending.
- AI output can be wrong. Review anything important before acting on it.
Pricing and billing
- Ugly Botty, the default executive assistant, is provided at no monthly charge.
- Each additional AI agent costs $149 per month plus a $500 one-time setup fee, billed by Stripe. A valid promotion code may waive setup or discount a stated number of monthly charges.
- Cancel an agent anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that agent's paid period.
Acceptable use
No abuse, no illegal content, no attempts to access other tenants' data, no automated scraping of the service, and no use of the assistant to send spam. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Data
Your data is yours. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnect Google or delete your account at any time.
Text messaging
Businesses using Botty OS may send text messages through the service — for example, a one-time follow-up after you call a business and the call goes unanswered, or replies when you text a business's number first. By calling or texting a business's number you consent to receive such messages related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies with your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orathon's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
